WHISTLEBLOWING
Report Management
Our attention to respect for the environment and people is also reflected in our commitment to conducting business with integrity and ethics. If you notice something suspicious, you can report it through the “Whistleblowing” process.
Whistleblowing, what does it mean?
We want to respect the highest standards of legality, ethics and sustainability, both through the proper functioning of our organization and through the ethical behavior of the people who work with us and for us.
If you have concerns about the actual or suspected conduct of our staff or our organization, which may have negative effects on the company, the environment or the well-being of people, you can send a report to the designated supervisory body. The management of these reports is called “whistleblowing” and is entrusted to a designated external body, a Supervisory Body (OdV) which will have the task of ascertaining the validity of the report and informing the Management of the appropriate measures to protect legality, the environment, people and the company image.
What should I know before submitting a report?
It is important to be aware that the reporting system cannot be used to make false accusations against third parties and, in general, deliberately inaccurate information cannot be reported. The report must provide all the useful and appropriate elements to allow an appropriate verification activity of its validity. The report is sent through an external platform and not through company channels.
What other information can be useful to me?
For more information on the whistleblowing procedure, we invite you to consult the complete information on the reporting system.
Sending a report presupposes the exchange of some data with the Supervisory Body; for more information on the processing of the requested data, consult the information on the processing of personal data.
